If your nonprofit is unable to do a scheduled event, please notify the Visit.org team as far in advance as possible. If an organization cancels multiple events without sufficient notice, your activities may be removed from our platform.

If a business cancels an event without sufficient notice (less than 1 week), the hosting organization will receive the minimum donation as stated on your experience page.

If a company reschedules an event less than 48 hours in advance, you will receive 50% of the minimum donation as stated on your experience page. Events must be rescheduled by the company within 1 month or you will receive the remaining 50% of the minimum donation.
