The Visitapp.org platform offers several options for user authentication. Below we discuss those, from most-to-least recommended.

Whether you are signing in for the first time or you're a returning user, you can now sign in with one click via Google or Microsoft. Please contact your IT department if you do not have access for Microsoft or Google sign on.

To sign in with Okta (SSO), please select the Sign in with SSO link.

Please note: To use SSO, you must already be an Okta user and have an established connection through Okta to Visit.org. Contact your Account Manager for more information.

You will see the Sign in with SSO page, please enter in your registered email address.

You will be redirected to Okta to sign in.

To sign in with the one-time passcode option, please select the Sign in with one-time password link located at the bottom of the sign in page.

You will be taken to a new screen to enter your registered email address.

You will receive an email with a verification code that will need to be entered on the one-time password page. Please note: The verification code will expire after 15 minutes.

If you have not received the code, please check your spam folder. You can also request to have the one-time password sent again.

Once you have successfully entered the one-time password, you will be redirected to your Company homepage.

You can sign in with your email/password combination. If you have forgotten your password, please click the Forgot Password link to have password reset instructions emailed to you. If those instructions are not in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

You will be redirected to your Company homepage once successfully signed in.
