The Visitapp.org platform offers several options for user authentication. This article reviews how to log in to Visit.org.
Company sign in page
Employees can sign in and join Visit.org from a company specific URL (e.g http://visitapp.org/{company}/signin).
Signing in with social login
You can now sign in with one-click via Google or Microsoft. Please contact your IT department if you do not have access for Microsoft or Google sign on.
Signing in with SSO
To sign in with Okta (SSO), please click the Sign in with SSO link located at bottom of the Sign in page.
Note: In order to use SSO, you must already be an Okta user and have an established connection through Okta to Visit.org. Contact your Account Manager for more information.
You will be redirected to the Sign in with SSO page, please enter in your registered email address and then press continue. You will be redirected to Okta to complete sign in. Once you have signed in via Okta, you will be redirected to your company homepage on Visitapp.org
Signing in without a password
Using a sign-in link allows you to sign in without entering a password. To sign in with the one-time sign in link, select Sign in without password located at the bottom of the sign in page.
You will be taken to a new screen to enter your registered email address.
You will receive an email with sign-in link, clicking the link will automatically log you into Visitapp.org
Note: The sign-in link can only be used once and will expire after 60 minutes
If you have not received your sign-in link, please check your spam folder. Or you can request to have the sign-in link sent again.
Once you click the link you will be redirected to your company homepage.
Signing in with email and password
You can sign in with your email and password combination once you have set up a password. If you have forgotten your password, please click the Forgot Password link to have password reset instructions emailed to you.
You will be redirected to your company homepage once successfully signed in.
Please Note: Visit.org offers session management as one of the security features of its application. User sessions on visitapp.org will timeout after 15 minutes or 60 minutes of inactivity depending on the users role.
