Virtual Events

Most of Visit.org's virtual events can be booked with as little as three weeks' lead time. First time bookings should be done at least 5 weeks in advance.

โ€‹ *Note: Kit Activities typically require 6 weeks lead time to account for material shipments with addresses provided at least 3 weeks out from the event date. Any event between Thanksgiving and January with addresses provided will need 4 weeks lead time.

In-Person Events

In person events should be booked with at least 4 weeks lead time. First time bookings should be done at least 5 weeks in advance.

Custom & Curated Events

Any event requiring customization or curation of an activity from scratch will take a minimum of one-month in advance. This lead time varies depending on the size, scale, and number of experiences.

Examples of curations include days, weeks and months of service or tailored experiences to integrate with a company occasion.

For DOS/WOS/MOS and large scale projects, depending on the scope we advise planning 4-5 months ahead. Recruitment should be done 2-3 months in advance.

If you are curating an experience with an existing partner, please allow 6-8 weeks. If you are curating an experience that requires any recruitment, please allow 2-3 months.

If you have any further questions regarding the above timeframes, please reach out to your Account Manager.
