Visit.org has configured our email based on industry standards. If you are a Corporate Partner experiencing difficulties in receiving our emails, we recommend the following:

  1. Check your spam. If the email is in your spam, report it as not spam to stop your inbox from automatically categorizing it as spam.

  2. Coordinate with IT to allowlist the visit.org domain. It is possible your IT organization has strict controls limiting the delivery of external emails. Your IT team may need to make changes internally so emails from visit.org are delivered and not automatically blocked based on Corporate Partner configuration.

  3. Update your contact list. Add support@visit.org to your contact list so it becomes a trusted sender.

  4. Be patient. The first transactional email sent to your company or to your account may be delayed by your email server for anti-spam purposes. Delivery may take an excess of 10 minutes

  5. Contact support. If none of the above succeed, email us at support@visit.org.
